"After 7 years as Chair I have announed at the recent AGM that I am now standing down from this role.  My 'day job' is changing quite significantly and those changes mean that being SUSE Chair is just not an option going forward.  I want to thank each and every one of you for your patience, commitment and enthusiasm for SUSE and your work which keeps supported employment at the forefront of the employability agenda in Scotland.  I know my successor, when announed, will value your advice and guidance as to the development of SUSE for its members and partners.

I'll still be around for the time being, so I'm not disappearing off the planet and I hope to coninue my support of SUSE by playing a different but still active role in its work."

SUSE would lilke to thank Kate for the work and commitment she gave as Chair of the Board and wishes her every success in future and to welcome Jamie to his new role!
