Fit Notes - DWP Guidance Issued09/03/2010
You will be aware that sick notes are being replaced by sick notes, and that this change will take place as of 6 April 2010.
To assist employers prepare for this change, the Department for Work and Pensions has issued guidance for employers which sets out:
